Payment is taken securely at checkout. Digital products are delivered immediately via download or email link. For custom services, timelines and deliverables will be agreed before work begins.


4. Refunds & Cancellations

Because digital downloads are delivered instantly, no refunds are available once access is granted or the product is downloaded. If there’s an issue (e.g. wrong file or access error), please contact hello@sorellacreative.com and I'd be happy to rectify.
For consultancy or service projects, cancellations and deposits are outlined in your individual agreement.
